What to Do When Mixing Linsn 8th and 9th Gen Receiving Cards

Three steps to do when mix RV801, RV901 and RV908

Step1: Use 8 or less than 8 connectors on each receiving card;

Step2: Upgrade firmware of RV801 to ok version and the one of RV901 or RV908 to 4F and use LEDStudio12.64 or older to do the setup;

Step3: Choose normal in Card mode option.

Done.

Effects that might happen

After connecting all the cards and doing the intelligent setup, you might see:

There is color, brightness or greyscale difference on LED screen between each area based on receiving card; Some cards are not working correctly (some lines appear)

Solutions:

1.For color/brightness difference: select Brightness for old (on Receiver2 tab)

2.For greyscale difference: change Row blanking time to 1000 or above

3. For appearing lines: adjust Scan clock (between 10 and 16.7)
